Out of the Loco Mobile he sold at toy vendor shows nationwide. All of his amazing collections sold out those first couple of shows and Loco Supply Co was born! It was Loco's passion for crazy looking toys that brought this collection to the streets and now to you online! Loco Supply Co sells fun stuff for your wacky collections. We are Loco Supply Co and we supply the crazy. 🤡

 

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

While crazy supplies last! These items go fast so add a lot of these discounted products to your cart and checkout while you can.

Once an item is ordered, we start searching for you. We will not fully charge your credit card until we locate at least one or more items from your cart. Sometimes our supplies will be gone before we update the website, so be kind to us when an item(s) you ordered is out of stock or refunded back to you.

When an item is ordered we will try to locate it for you within our Loco Supply Co network within six business days. If located, you WIN! We’ll fully charge you and ship the item(s) to you within 10-39 days or a full refund! Also, we will sometimes find ways to give you money back on your purchase if we find the items at a better price! Be patient, this stuff travels slow and you got a killer deal! Items may also arrive in separate deliveries.

Flat rates around the States: purchases of $0.00–$49.99 ship for only $5.00 and purchases over $50.00 ship for just $10.00.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through our messaging app at the bottom of the website, our Shop Store Messaging/Inbox or our email at info@locosupplyco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address nearest you we provide.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right( a video may be required to show proof of claims).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
